Pricing

Prices start from ₹30 per contact, with most contacts priced between ₹30 and ₹100 depending on the type of work and your city. The exact price is always shown in the app before you pay. All prices are in INR. No GST is charged.

1. What is free

• Downloading GetMyHelp and creating an account.
• Browsing and searching workers, contractors and classes near you.
• Shortlisting people you are interested in.

2. What is paid

You pay only for what you use. There is no subscription and no sign-up fee.

• Worker contacts — unlock the phone number of a shortlisted worker (maid, cook, driver, security guard and more). Local and outstation workers are priced separately.
• Contractor contacts — unlock the phone number of a plumber, electrician, painter, carpenter and more.
• Class contacts — unlock the phone number of a teacher or class. The price depends on whether the class is offline, online or at your home.
• Job ads — publish a job ad so that workers nearby can see it.
• Neighbourhood ads — promote your local business. These are charged by the number of views, with a minimum purchase.

3. How prices are set

Prices depend on the type of work and on your city (prices in large metro cities are higher than in smaller cities). The price for each item is shown in the app before you pay, and you are charged only after you confirm.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PhonePe, our payment partner, using UPI, debit/credit cards or net banking. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
